Michael Tran

 Michael Tran is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of Flex Parks USA, where he leads the company’s mission to shape the future of industrial parks through advisory, investment sales, and development. With more than a decade in commercial real estate and over 1,000 completed transactions, Michael has become a recognized leader in small-bay and flex industrial investment sales. His career includes being top commercial broker from 2018–2024 and setting 40+ market sales records across United States.

Michael is focused on elevating flex industrial from an overlooked niche to a nationally recognized asset class. His strengths in market analysis, investment sales, technology-enabled data mapping, negotiation, and relationship-centered execution guide the Flex Parks USA ecosystem and the clients it serves.

Outside of work Michael enjoys time on the tennis and pádel court, hosting his podcast: Serving Bagels, and spending time with his family.
